All items  shown on the website include tax in the prices at the current rate.

• All items will be sent out by first class Royal Mail not insured. Please note first class post is not guaranteed to arrive the next day and in some cases may take a few days to arrive. Some areas of the country seem to experience longer delivery times than others.  If you wish for a guaranteed next day service please see special delivery.  
  
  
• Please note;  orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been made and has cleared e.g. paypal, cheque, postal order,  standing orders or PayPal e cheques. 

• Recorded delivery please select at the checkout, cost £1 extra per order, order insured up to £34. Please note Recorded Delivery is not trackable until the point of delivery. It is a way of checking that an item has been delivered.  Items sent recorded delivery will be by Recorded first class post. Recorded delivery does not mean that your parcel will arrive any sooner than if sent by standard first class post. It is strongly advised that any orders over the value of £30 are sent recorded delivery for extra security and peace of mind. Just select Recorded Delivery at the checkout.   

• Special delivery guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm carries a £500 level of insurance. Please email contact-us for costs based upon  the weight of your parcel.    

• All orders received by twelve noon will be sent out the same day wherever possible subject to the amount of orders being processed. Please note; ensuring your livefood is freshly packed and not pre-packed before sale increases processing and packing time greatly, but helps to ensure a higher quality livefood is supplied, on extremely busy days it may not be possible to achieve same day dispatch. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.   

• Any out of stock items will be sent as soon as they are in stock, alternatively items of equal value may be sent at the customer’s request. Any out of stock items will be notified on the website ASAP.

• Orders will be sent out Monday through to Thursday. Friday dispatch will be avoided wherever possible, this is to prevent items possibly being stuck in the post office system over the weekend. This would be detrimental to the livefood especially in cold or extremely hot weather. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.  If you place an order on a Friday it will be sent out but please note this is at your own risk for the reasons stated.     

• Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or at the weekend will be dispatched at the next available posting day.
